Halloween is coming and the traditional school costume contest is coming. Kenny is killed when the Mir station falls on him and becomes a zombie, but the doctor thinks he has conjunctivitis. Kenny gradually turns all the residents of South Park into zombies, and Kyle has to cut him down.
